“Delighted to share my experience as a Business Development Associate Intern at Business Karma since May 2023. As a fresh graduate with no prior experience in Digital Marketing, I embarked on this internship with uncertainty about what lay ahead. However, Hardik sir, my mentor and an SFIMAR alumnus, has been incredibly supportive, dedicating ample time for my learning and growth.
In the initial week, I was granted time to build a strong foundation by completing certifications and gaining essential knowledge. As I progressed, I faced challenges with certain tasks, but Hardik sir always encouraged me and allowed me the time to understand concepts, learn from mistakes, and grow.
Under his guidance and constant support, I have gained valuable insights and learned something new every day. This internship has not only facilitated my personal development but also equipped me with valuable Digital Marketing skills. Surprisingly, working from office has been both enjoyable and productive, with Hardik sir refreshing our spirits by playing music, organizing engaging games, and even treating us to snacks. The positive work environment has truly been a blessing.
Looking ahead, I am eager to deepen my understanding of Digital Marketing and continue my learning journey. Being an SFIMAR student, joining Business Karma and having Hardik sir as my mentor has fulfilled a long-held aspiration.
